Pantop NTB used to be one of the best places about five months ago. However, since April 2026, new employees and management have come in, and unfortunately, the service and management have become very disappointing. For example, if you have an appointment for an oil change at 9:00 AM, it may not be completed until around 1:30 PM. There also seems to be a significant difference in pricing. They charge $55 for small tire fleets, while the other side of the road charges only $20 for the same service. Overall, the experience and management have changed significantly compared with how things were before April 2026.

Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had at a shop. I brought my Tacoma in for an alignment and received a call stating the truck was ready. When I picked it up, the steering wheel was completely sideways and the alignment had clearly not been done correctly. I called back, and they told me to return so they could perform a re‑alignment. After leaving my truck there all day, I was told they were having difficulty aligning it and that if they couldn’t correct the issue, they would issue a refund. I received no updates throughout the day. When I returned, they claimed everything had been fixed. However, as soon as I left, the steering wheel was still sideways, and the truck developed a severe death wobble at speeds over 50 mph—an issue it did not have prior to their work. Based on this experience, I strongly recommend avoiding this shop for any vehicle service!!

Jonathon was outstanding! Great guy. We are tracking through from Kentucky and he got us in and changed two tires right away even though he a full schedule! Great tire shop! I highly recommend it and I thank Johnathan for his kind and friendly service. This is a good man!! Thanks Johnathan!

Scheduling the appointment was quick and easy, and Jonathan at the service desk was excellent - friendly, professional, and helpful throughout the process. My appointment was scheduled for 2:00 PM, but my vehicle didn’t make it into the service bay until around 3:00 PM. There was also an oversight with the wheel alignment check, but the technician quickly took my car back in and completed the alignment once it was brought to their attention. I had four new tires installed along with an oil change, and the total service time was a little over two hours. Despite those couple of issues, the overall experience went fairly smoothly, and the staff was courteous and easy to work with.

First time going to NTB at the Long Street location, and I was very happy with their service. The ease in setting up an appointment and the excellent customer service received from that day, all the way up to the day of service, made me thankful I picked the right place. The service, staff and price were fantastic. After going through so many bad, overpriced mechanics at other repair shops in the past, I have now found my “go to place” for whenever I have any issues with my vehicles. I highly recommend them for anyone looking for honesty and excellent care for their vehicles, at a great price.
